Cerita Tentang Kopi Dan Kereta

Pagi itu jam menunjukkan delapan kurang lima belas saat kereta Malioboro Ekspress beranjak meninggalkan Stasiun Yogyakarta menuju tujuan terakhir Stasiun Malang. Selain penumpang dan petugas kereta, ada dua orang lain yang berada dalam perjalanan itu. Mereka bukanlah penumpang biasa melainkan dua orang barista yang bertugas meracik minuman kopi kepada para penumpang secara gratis.

Asa Seabad Kereta Api Indonesia

Aroma campur baur itu mengudara, menusuk relung hidung. Keringat manusia beradu dengan asap rokok, sampah pesing dan bau tak sedap lainnya. Kala itu saya adalah salah satu penumpang di gerbong ekonomi kereta Gaya Baru Malam Selatan menuju ibukota. Saya sendiri duduk berhimpitan di lantai bordes dekat toilet yang juga dipakai untuk duduk penumpang.
